Dennis Cirillo Resume In 2001, Dennis retired from the NYPD and started his “civilian” life as an Investigator handling a myriad of insurance claims for a New York based Claims Company. After six years, he decided to take on a new challenge. He entered the automotive field as an assistant Service Manager of a Toyota Dealership. Dennis’ operational talent was quickly recognized, and he rose through the ranks eventually becoming the Service Manager, and then the Operations Manager of all Departments. Dennis never really strayed far from his talents as a security professional. He maintains ties to the industry while performing personal protective assignments for select clients, and as acting as a security consultant for varied events such as MTV’s Video Music Awards Show, and Dick Clarke’s New Year’s Rockin’ Eve Show. In 2009, he decided to return to his roots, and reenter the Security Industry as a full-time employee. Dennis is currently assigned as our Marketing, Sales, and Operations Manager utilizing his expertise in planning and implementing security measures. “The one thing that lured me to Protection Advisory was their work ethic,” he stated. “The company’s owners are retired NYPD members that worked the trenches, aren’t afraid to get involved in their business, and get their hands dirty. They’ve surrounded themselves with the departments ‘grunts’, and the people that got the job done. Too many companies hire former high-ranking officials that may have been able to pass the test, but lack the true operational ability to handle the tasks at hand. Protection Advisory employs true operations personnel to get the job done right!”
